However, the NEA disclaims any responsibility for the quality of the data, its reliability and exactness. Therefore, the NEA does not assume any liability with respect to the consequences of the use of the web viewers, whether the consequences are due to defects or shortcomings of the data, or due to the use, handling or interpretation of the data. The same applies to data produced by third parties and published in Web Portals of the NEA. Administrators and responsible parties of the Web Portals may at any time make repairs and/or changes to them.
